Administration.
From delivery, you've got a pre-configured website with some pages of examples. You will have to connect yourself as an administrator to access the «Administration Panel». Apearing as a pop-up menu, the Administration Panel lists every administration pages essentials to the website customization. You choose a template, its colour, upload your logo and defines the navigation tree of your website. You create categories wich will contain sub-categories, or products and you will can create free content pages. Finally you will define in the page «Menu Edition» the pages you wish enlight (ex: the button «news» or «Special offer» will drive the visitors to the corresponding article).
There, we could class the different types of contents in two categories : Guided Pages and Free Content Pages.

Guided Pages.
The "guided pages" are pages to fill as forms wich will be automatically layouted on the website. Guaranteeing an attractive visual aspect. As, pages: «Contact», the lists and the details sheet of products or categories, etc. You just have to fill the informations in the different fields.

Free content pages.

The free content pages allows the redaction of articles. They use a text editor wich allows you to create tables, insert pictures, slide-shows  (5 different size) or videos.

Pictures and logos.
You will be able to add every pictures of the website thanks to a «File Browser», as every browser you'll be able to create, modify, delete and organize pictures folders. While uploading, pictures are automatically resized to fit in required formats.

Templates.
At every moment you can change the template of your website, without filling it again. An administration page lists every avlaible templates. You'll just have to select one, then to valid the form.

Translation.
To show your website in several languages, you have to active first spanish, for example, in the box «languages of the website».
You translate your contents fields by fields. You can see on the prview at the top of the page,that each field start with a flag wich shows in what language you're writing. To change it, you just have to select another one in the listbox at the right of the field.

Ordering and invoicing.
At each order,  you and your client receive an e-mail on PDF format that recapitulate the order. The page «Shop Management» allows you to inform the mail address(es) in wich you wish receive it, and allows to customize your invoice informing the address, the head office, your logo, and lawfull mentions.

Assistance and documentation.
Websailors offers a service of mail assistance with a first answer guaranteed on openned days. A Wiki is at disposition of the users. A link in the Administration panel drives you to the Wiki. Otherwise, most of the fileds of the administration pages are livened up with help bubbles to guide you step by step in the customization of your website.

Private access.
Your are able to restrict tha access of your website to choosen clients. You will have to inform their mail address in the page "Private Access"
